Wow! What a profound video! I thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening to it. The video makes an excellent point that traditional education is designed to enhance academic knowledge. It is training everyone to succeed in the realm of academia. Perhaps this evident in the fact that there are some very wealthy entrepreneurs who never even obtained a college degree (this site provides a list of 15: http://www.college-startup.com/college/15-successful-entrepreneurs-who-didnt-need-college/). Obviously the most famous, and likely richest, is Bill Gates. I think the video is right. We should be cultivating the creativity of our youth not trying to squash it into conformity.
